Vegetable stew recipe with bacon
- Wash the artichokes well with water, so that they do not have any mess, and remove both the outer leaves and the upper part. - On the other hand, peel the asparagus and remove the lower part of the stem. Cook it in water with a little salt for 10 minutes and set them aside when they are done.
- Put a pan with a good drizzle of oil to brown the bacon cubes. When they are golden brown, add the battered pieces of vegetables, stir and cover with water. When it starts to boil, add the rest of the vegetables, stir, and let it cook for 10 minutes.
