  5. When the sauce starts to smell a lot, add salt to taste and add the carrot and potatoes. Cook over medium heat until both ingredients soften.
  6. When the potato has softened, add the chorizo ​​to the pan, integrate and fry for 5 more minutes. Add the sauce to the saucepan when the beans are ready for cooking time. Mix, rectify the salt and cook for 10 more minutes over low heat.
