  1. Place the two types of chocolate in a saucepan, also add the butter and heat these ingredients over medium heat until they melt, stirring frequently so they do not burn.
  2. If you prefer, you can melt these ingredients in the microwave. In this case, you must put the ingredients in a container suitable for this appliance and heat it in intervals of 30 seconds at the beginning, and less time later. Every time you open the microwave you have to stir the ingredients.
  3. Once all these ingredients are melted, you can take them out and put them in a bowl. Wait for them to cool and, meanwhile, take the opportunity to whip the cream in another container.
  4. As soon as it is assembled, add the cream little by little to the bowl containing the chocolate and butter. You must constantly make enveloping movements from the outside to the inside so that the mixture does not fall apart.
