  1. As the first thing is to prepare the turbot, let’s do it: we clean it well in cold water and drain, to salt it and sprinkle a little parsley on top. We place it on a plate and in the fridge for the time it takes to prepare the rest of the ingredients.
  2. We put the oven to preheat to 180º C.
  3. Peel and cut the potatoes and onions into julienne slices. We also peel and chop the garlic. We put all this in a frying pan with a good jet of oil, at medium power, so that it browns well for ten minutes.
  4. We take a tray that we serve for the oven and we distribute everything from the pan. We take out the turbot and put it on all the garnish. We spread the almonds well throughout the tray, pour the glass of white wine and sprinkle a little salt and parsley.
  5. We put in the oven for an hour. After half an hour turn the turbot so that it is done on both sides.
