  • 4 tuna medallions
  • 4 potatoes large
  • 2 teeth of Garlic
  • 1 onion
  • 1 bottle of tomato fried
  • 1 glass of White wine
  • Water
  • Parsley sprigs for garnish
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Ground black pepper

Preparation of tuna with tomato and potatoes

  1. Start by preparing the ingredients for this recipe. To do this, peel, wash and cut the onion into julienne strips. Then chop the garlic into squares and season the tuna medallions. Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes. You got it? We continue.
