  • 4 tuna loins
  • 3 teeth of Garlic
  • 1 onion
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 cup of tomato fried
  • 1 glass of White wine
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon oregano
  • 5 basil leaves
  • Black pepper
  • Salt

Preparation of baked tuna with tomato
