If you like tuna you have to try this tuna steak tartare. It is a wonderful dish that you will not stop trying over and over again.


  • 425 gr. from tuna
  • ½ leek
  • 1 onion
  • 145 gr. of olives
  • 3 corn tortillas
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Parsley

Tuna steak tartare recipe

  1. Start by cutting the tuna into small cubes. Put them in a bowl and salt and pepper them to your liking. Add the olives, chopped or whole as you prefer, and reserve this bowl for later.
  2. Peel and chop the onion into small pieces that you will add to the tuna bowl. Clean the leek and cut the white part into thin strips, which you are going to fry in a pan with a little oil. Once ready, you add them to the bowl, along with a little chopped parsley. Stir well to season the combination of ingredients.
  3. Next, cut the corn tortillas into triangles and fry them with a little oil. Add to the bowl and you are ready to savor this dish.
