  • 4 tomatoes big
  • 200 gr. ricotta cheese
  • two Peppers canned bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil or rosemary
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 8 basil leaves
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • Salt to taste

Preparation of tomatoes stuffed with cheese
