  1. Your first step will be to wash the tomatoes and then make a small cut at the base so they can stand upright.
  2. Cut the top cover and with the help of a spoon, empty them carefully so as not to break them. Discard the seeds of the pulp and the rest chop and reserve.

  6. Pour in the rice, fry it for a couple of minutes and, after time, add the vegetable broth and rectify the salt. Increase the heat and cook for five minutes.
  7. Then lower it again and cook it for ten more minutes, add the parsley, mix and remove it from the heat as it will finish cooking in the oven.
  8. Turn on the oven to preheat it to 160 ° C, place the tomatoes in a bowl, fill them, put the lid on them, drizzle with olive oil and cover with aluminum foil.
  9. Next, bake for half an hour and after that time, remove the aluminum foil and return to the oven for another fifteen minutes to brown them. All you have to do is enjoy your tomatoes stuffed with rice!
