This recipe from tofu with vegetables it is ideal to serve with rice noodles. This recipe is very flexible, so feel free to change, or add ingredients.
- ½ kg. from tofu.
- 1 carrot
- 1 leek.
- 1 green pepper.
- 100 gr. from green beans.
- 100 gr. Of flour.
- Black pepper.
- Fine salt
- Soy sauce.
Tofu recipe with vegetables.
- For this recipe it is important to use a tofu whose flavor is mild. If it is very spicy, the flavor of the recipe will vary a lot. We cut it into small pieces, as if they were squares. All these bits are floured.
- In the fire we put a frying pan with olive oil so that it warms up. We add the pieces of tofu, so that they brown for a few minutes. Stir from time to time so that they do not burn.
- We peel the carrot and wash it well, then chop them into small pieces. Also chop the leek and the pepper.
- With the tofu ready, we set it aside and in that same pan we are going to add the rest of the vegetables. We stir so that they spread well in the pan, wash the beans, add them and cover the pan. We will let it cook over medium-low heat for several minutes. Stir occasionally and add a little salt, pepper and thyme.
- When the vegetables are well browned, add the soy sauce. Stir everything so that all the ingredients are well bathed and add the tofu. We will then lower the power of the fire and let it cook for a few minutes.
