A preparation as simple as tofu with mushrooms will become one of your favorite dishes, especially if you are a lover of healthy food.
- 400 gr. from tofu
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 onion
- 400 gr. from mushrooms
- 100 gr. milk cream
- 3 tablespoons of White wine
- 2 tablespoons of nutmeg
- 1 tablespoon of paprika
- Curry to taste
- Soy sauce to taste
- White pepper
Preparation of tofu with mushrooms
- The night before preparing this dish, you are going to cut the tofu into cubes or into some not too thick slices and put them in a bowl, together with the lemon juice, salt and pepper to your liking and also add the amount of curry soy sauce that you like, but remembering how the flavor varies a lot when spending time with the ingredients.
- Cover the container and put it in the fridge to macerate overnight.
- The next day is the time to prepare this dish, for which you are going to peel the onions, wash them well under tap water so that your eyes and stabs do not water so much. You also wash the mushrooms well and cut them into slices as well as possible.
- Put a frying pan on the heat, with a good drizzle of olive oil, and fry the onion first. When it has a good color, you add the mushrooms.
- Once you see that the mushrooms take on a dark tone, you add the flour and stir well. Then the milk cream together with the white wine, stir and cook for several minutes.
- Salt and pepper to your liking, add the nutmeg and paprika, stir and turn up the heat to bring it to a boil. Then leave at medium power and cook for about 10 minutes.
- Strain and drain the tofu a little and add it to a frying pan with a little olive oil to fry it so that it takes on a little color.
- You pass it to the other pan with the rest of the ingredients and sauté everything together for another 5 minutes before serving.
