- We have to cook the tofu first. For this we put a saucepan with enough water. Add a little salt and let it boil. When it starts to boil, add the tofu, making sure it is completely covered by the water.
- We put a frying pan over low heat with a good drizzle of oil. We peel the onion and cut it into strips as thin as we can. We add it to the pan with a little salt and stir it so that it sautées well with the oil for about 10 minutes.
- If the tofu is well cooked, remove it and drain well. Leave it out of the way.
- We throw away the used water and put new in the saucepan, which we put to boil again with a little salt. Once boiling, add the broccoli to cook for about five minutes.
- If the broccoli is ready, strain it and wash it well with cold water.
- We place the tofu on the plate, along with the broccoli and the sautéed onion. Now we add the turmeric and oregano to taste.
