Ingredients

  • 3/4 kg. from mince beef
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tooth of Garlic
  • 100 gr. from bacon
  • two eggs
  • 4 slices of cheese cheddar
  • 4 slices of Ham
  • 3 tablespoons parsley
  • 3 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • A tablespoon of olive oil

Preparation of stuffed meat roll

  1. Start by peeling the onion and garlic clove to later cut them into very small cubes. Also preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
  2. Then add the minced meat to a bowl and mix it with the onion, garlic, eggs, breadcrumbs, parsley, season with salt and pepper to taste and leave to rest for half an hour.
  3. Place a sheet of aluminum foil in the shape of a rectangle on an oven-safe tray, grease it with the olive oil and spread the meat on top, leaving a good space before reaching the ends.
  4. Next, cover with the ham slices, then with the cheese slices and roll into a cylinder shape using the aluminum foil.
  5. When you have your roll ready, cover the surface with the bacon slices, wrap again with the aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes.
  6. After the time has elapsed, take it out, remove the aluminum foil and bake for 20 more minutes to finish cooking and brown the bacon.
  7. Take out your stuffed meat roll once it’s done and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing it. And enjoy yourself!
