1 bell pepper.

Recipe for stuffed eggs with tuna.

We will start by preparing the eggs. To do this we put a saucepan with water, more or less in half, to heat to half power. Once it has started to boil, what we will do is put the eggs, with a little salt and olive oil for about 10 – 15 minutes. After that time, we will let them cool until they are very hard.
Once cold, we remove the shells and cut them more or less in half, lengthwise. With great care, we extract the yolks with a teaspoon and reserve them for the next step.
We are going to prepare the filling, for this we toss almost all the yolk, reserving a little to decorate, to the glass of the crusher. But if you don’t want to decorate them, directly pour everything into the glass. Blend it well and then add the tuna and blend again. Now it is the turn to add the bell pepper and crush again, until all the ingredients are well mixed. It is time to add the mayonnaise to taste, it can be white or pink. Mix everything well. If you want, you can also crush with the rest of the ingredients some olives, another type of pepper, olives … and to your personal taste.
With a spoon we are filling the holes in which the yolks were previously. Now is the time to spread the yolk that you have left over the filling, in case you have not already used it, of course. We finish by sprinkling a little oregano on top, being able to also use pepper.
