  • 400 ml. from cream to mount (35% fat)
  • 400 gr. strawberries
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 7 sheets of unflavored gelatin

Preparation of the strawberry panna cotta

  1. To start preparing this rich panna cotta, wash the strawberries well, remove the stems, drain them, slice them and reserve.
  2. Then, to hydrate the gelatin, put water in a container and submerge the sheets in it without mounting one on top of the other. Let it rest for about 10 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, pour the strawberries into a large bowl, mix them with the sugar and let them also rest for 10 minutes.
  4. Next, add the cream to a pot and cook it over low heat, stirring occasionally to prevent it from sticking to the bottom.
  5. After the recommended time, you will notice that the sugar and strawberries formed a kind of juice, in the same bowl, crush them with a blender. If you don’t have you can use a blender as well. Reservation.
  6. Then, drain the gelatin sheets with your hands and add them to the cream. Remove from heat and stir to dissolve.
