Ingredients

  • 300 gr. from spinach fresh
  • 2 chicken breasts chicken
  • 1 branch of celery
  • 3 eggs hard
  • 1 onion dwelling
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 150 gr. sesame
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup of mayonnaise
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • Salt

Preparation of spinach and chicken salad

  1. To start, season the chicken breast with a little salt and pepper to taste and let it rest for a few minutes. Heat the olive oil in the pan and add the breasts to make them over medium heat.
  2. When they are done, transfer them to a plate, cut them into cubes and reserve them until they cool.
  3. If the spinach is not bagged, separate the leaves from the stems, wash them and put them to drain in a colander. Discard any that are not in good condition.
  4. Then wash the celery, discard the leaves, cut the base of the stem and cut it into small cubes. Wash the tomatoes, extract the seeds and chop them into medium pieces.
