Ingredients

  • 8 eggs
  • 400 gr. from spinach
  • 1 onion
  • 200 gr. mozzarella or Gouda cheese
  • 80 gr. grated cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • Black pepper
  • Salt to taste

Preparation of spinach and cheese omelette

  1. If the spinach is fresh, separate the leaves from the stems, wash them well, and drain them in a colander. Once dry, cut them into julienne strips and reserve.
