- 500 grams from spaghetti
- 350 grams from mince
- 1 zucchini
- 200 grs. from mushrooms
- 1 green pepper

- 4 teeth of Garlic
- 1 onion
- 1 glass of White wine
Preparation of spaghetti with vegetables and meat
- We are going to start preparing this dish by cooking the spaghetti. To do this, we will pour enough water into a pot, leaving some free space so that it does not come out when it starts to boil. Add a pinch of salt and a little oil, and heat the water over high heat.
- When the water starts to boil, add the pasta and cook for the time indicated on the container. If you like it a little harder, you can try it a little earlier. When they are to your liking, strain the spaghetti and place them in a colander.
- Now let’s go for the vegetables. Peel the garlic and onion and chop everything as small as you can. Brown it over low heat and stir occasionally.
