- 500 grams from spaghetti
- 400 grams from mince
- 100 grams provolone or mozzarella cheese
- 250 ml. sauce tomato
- 2 bay leaves

Preparation of spaghetti with tomato and meat
- We will start our recipe for spaghetti with tomato and meat by cooking the pasta. We put a pot on the fire with plenty of water and a pinch of salt. We raise the heat to the maximum and when the water starts to boil, we add the spaghetti carefully.
- Let the pasta cook for the time indicated by the manufacturer until the spaghetti is “al dente”. When they are done, we strain the spaghetti, we put them in a colander and we cut the cooking with a little cold water. We booked.
- While the pasta is being made, we put a drizzle of oil in a pan and add the minced meat. We can use the meat we want or even mix it: chicken and veal, pork and veal, or as we prefer.
- Cook the meat over medium heat until it has changed color (about 5-10 minutes). When the meat is about to be done, we grate the cheese and add it. Although if we prefer we can also use grated cheese directly, if we find one that is to our liking.
- Add the tomato sauce along with 2 bay leaves and a pinch of salt. We stir and let it cook all together for about 5 minutes over medium / low heat.
- We put the pasta in the pan, and we stir everything very well so that the pasta is covered by the tomato sauce. Let it cook for 2 more minutes over low heat, just enough for the pasta to take on the taste of the sauce and the meat.
- We turn off the heat, set aside and serve on plates, with a little oregano on top if we want.
