- 700 gr. from mince
- 1 egg
- ½ loaf of bread
- 4 teeth of Garlic
- 1 lemon
- 25 gr. from almonds
- 1 onion
- 1 bouillon cube
- 1 glass of White wine
Meatballs in white sauce recipe
- The first thing is to peel the garlic cloves and chop them into small pieces. Mix them with a little parsley and obtain a kind of juice that you will mix with the minced meat.
- Then pour a few drops of lemon juice.
- Mix everything well with the rest of the ingredients and let it rest for a couple of hours. Soak the crumbs of ½ loaf of bread in milk to soften and add to the meat.
- Mix everything well with your hands. Then beat an egg and also add it to the mixture to start kneading everything well until you get a unique dough.
- Take pieces of the meat to give them the shape of the meatballs that characterize them so much, use a little flour to keep their shape and put them on a plate.
- Heat a pan with plenty of oil and fry the meatballs that you are making, but do not cool them completely. The best thing is that they only take the golden color and that’s it.
- In a saucepan, fry the chopped onion with a little oil. When it is clear and golden in color, add the glass of white wine, a stock cube, and a glass of water. Stir well and let the sauce cook.
- Pour the sauce into the blender glass and beat it so that the ingredients do not differ. Pour it back into the saucepan and cook it together with the meatballs, so that they take on the flavor.
