Ingredients

350 gr. from mince
two eggs
Bread crumbs
100 ml. Of olive oil
2 teeth of Garlic
2 cans of tomato bare
2 tablespoons of concentrate tomato
1/2 glass of Red wine
2 tablespoons sugar
Oregano
Salt
Pepper

Preparation of meatballs in El Padrino’s sauce

First of all you have to make the meatballs for which you are going to beat the seasoned eggs, at the same time as you season the meat.
Pour the meat into the egg bowl and add breadcrumbs. With your hands, knead well until everything is well mixed.
Make some balls, the size you want, and pass them again in breadcrumbs and then fry them in a pan with oil. You just have to brown them a little on the outside, nothing more.
In the same oil you are going to brown the garlic, finely chopped, until they are fried. Add the tomato, tomato paste, salt, pepper and oregano to taste. Sauté for several minutes, a quarter of an hour or so over medium heat, without stopping stirring for a single moment.
When it is ready, add the meatballs and fry them with the sauce, until they are well done inside and you will have your dish.
In the movie, they also served this dish with spaghetti and some sausages, so if you want to complete it you can add these two ingredients to the recipe. You would only have to cook the pasta and lightly fry the sausages in the sauce.
