For those intolerant of eggs, we have this delicious Eggless Mayonnaise. An easy recipe very simple to make that you can use for salads, red meat, or fish.

Ingredients

  • ½ glass of whole milk
  • 1 glass of sunflower oil
  • 1 squirt of vinegar
  • ½ tablespoon of salt

Eggless mayonnaise recipe

  1. The milk does not have to be cold, otherwise the mayonnaise could be cut and you would have to start over. So if you use milk from the fridge you will have to let it warm to room temperature. Pour it into a glass that is narrow.
  2. Add the oil slowly, trying to get it over the milk. Then add the ½ teaspoon of salt and begin to beat to blend the ingredients very well.
  3. Now add the vinegar and begin to beat again, but without moving the mixer. As you notice that the background is becoming more consistent and turning into mayonnaise, go raising the mixer, little by little, until the mayonnaise is completely achieved.
  4. Put it in a bowl and put it in the fridge to cool it down.
