  • 4 steaks Salmon
  • 200 gr. of salt
  • 200 gr. brown sugar
  • 3 lemons
  • 100 gr. dill
  • 20 ml. Of olive oil
  • Ground black pepper

Preparation of salmon marinated with dill

  1. The first thing you have to do is put the brown sugar, sea salt and a tablespoon of ground black pepper in a bowl. Then mix all the ingredients well so that they are properly integrated. Chop the dill and reserve.
  2. Next, pass each salmon fillet through the previous mixture and verify that each side, including the sides, is well covered with salt, pepper and sugar. Place the fillets in a dish where they are fully spread.
  3. Add the juice of the lemons and the dill that you have previously chopped up for each salmon fillet. Cover the dish with transparent paper or aluminum and leave it to rest in the fridge for 24 hours.
  4. When this time has passed, remove the fish from the fridge, uncover the dish and wash the fillets with plenty of water to remove the marinade mixture. Then, dry with absorbent paper.
  5. Cut the salmon fillets into thick strips and season with a little olive oil and a little of the remaining juice where the fish was marinated. Finally, sprinkle a little chopped dill on top and serve cold. Your dill marinated salmon is ready!
