  • 1 kg. dogfish
  • 150 gr. from garbanzo beans dry
  • 3 teeth of Garlic
  • 1 tablespoon of sweet paprika
  • 1 tablespoon of oregano
  • 1 tablespoon of ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 150 gr. vinegar
  • 100 gr. of water
  • Flour
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
