  1. We start by washing and peeling the mangoes into very small pieces. When they are ready, set aside for later use.
  2. Now we prepare the cream for the crepes; To do this, we beat the eggs first, until not a single lump remains. Then we add ½ glass of milk and a little bit of salt. Stir everything well and gradually add the flour, continuing to beat everything. With this we will get a kind of cream that we will let rest for about 10 minutes.
  3. After time, we heat a pan over low heat to which we will spread the butter, so that the crepes do not stick. We pour a few tablespoons of the creams that we have prepared and spread it well over the pan. It will take about 3 – 5 minutes to be ready.
  4. We pass it with a spatula to a plate and there we spread it with nutella and then place the mango pieces. We fold it as many times as we want, until we get the shape that we like the most. Repeat the process until making as many crepes as the cream allows us.
