  • 2 tablespoons liquid sweetener
  • 2 sheets of gelatin
  • two lemons
  • The zest of a lemon
  • two eggs

Light lemon mousse recipe.

  1. Start by hydrating the gelatin sheets in a bowl of cold water and wait at least ten minutes.
