  6. Raise the heat a little so that the alcohol in the wine evaporates and wait for all the flavors to mix. Now add a couple of glasses of water and the bay leaf.
  7. Next, cover the pot and leave everything on the fire for another fifteen minutes.
  8. Taste the salt point and if it is ready you can turn off the fire. Wait for them to cool down and enjoy a nutrient-packed plate!
