Lemon yogurt cake preparation
- The first thing to do is turn the oven to 180ºC so that it preheats.

- Now is when we will grate the skin of the lemons above the bowl, without reaching the white part, since that is the most acidic part of the lemon. Then we squeeze them and the resulting liquid is added to the mixture. Beat everything to mix well.
- Only the flour is missing that we sift it and pour it little by little. We have to ensure that everything is unified in a creamy mass, where the flour has dissolved well.
- We spread the mold that we are going to use with a little butter and pour the mixture, distributing it well. We put it in the oven.
