The lemon pie with chocolate It can be prepared in two ways, one is to create a layer with chocolate cookies, so that the chocolate is at the bottom, or use powdered chocolate to cover the cream that surrounds the top of the dessert.


For the base:

  • 250 gr. of cookies chocolate
  • 130 gr. of butter

For the lemon cream:

  • 1 sachet of dessert powder vanilla
  • 750 cl. milk
  • 1 sachet of powder to make lemonade juice

For the Chantilly cream:

  • 400 gr. milk cream
  • 6 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 tablespoon of essence of vanilla

We better go by steps …

  1. The first thing is to crush the chocolate cookies well with a mortar until they become a powder and mix them with butter that has to be soft, if not you can microwave it. Mix well to make a paste.
  2. Cover the mold that you are going to use with butter or put a lining of parchment paper and add this mixture that you keep in the fridge.
  3. Put a saucepan on the fire and add the vanilla envelope with the milk, stirring well so that not a single lump will sauce you.
  4. When it has dissolved well, you add the envelope of lemonade juice. Stir well and keep the heat at low temperature and let it thicken.
  5. Pour this mixture over the cookie base and let it cool down.
  6. In another bowl you are going to mix the milk cream, which is cold, the sugar and the half tablespoon of vanilla essence. Beat with the electric rods, or with a soft mixer, and stir well, thus forming the Chantilly cream.
  7. Decorate with the cream, giving the shape to the cream that you want.
  8. When the cream is mounted, put it in the fridge and let it rest for several hours, until all the mixture has set.
