The lamb steak tartare get the most out of this type of meat. Perhaps it is the most demanding but if you like lamb, it will be one of your favorites.


  • 200 gr. of lamb
  • two eggs
  • 6 pickles
  • 2 tablespoons mustard
  • ½ onion
  • ½ glass of capers
  • 1 shot of brandy
  • Olive oil
  • Ground pepper
  • Salt

Lamb steak tartare recipe

  1. After having cleaned and chopped the meat, making sure you have removed the nerve and the fat it contains, you put it in a bowl.
  2. Then peel and cut the onion into pieces of the size that you like the most. Also chop the pickles and capers. You put all this in the bowl with the meat and put it in the fridge to cool it down.
  3. Meanwhile, in a bowl, beat the eggs with a drizzle of olive oil. After achieving a unique mixture, pour in the shot of brandy and salt and pepper to your liking. Beat again to combine the ingredients well.
  4. Take the meat out of the fridge and pour in the egg mixture. Stir well so that everything is well combined and return to the refrigerator, to cool down again.
  5. Once the meat is cold, you can proceed to eat this delicious dish.
