  5. Add the rosemary and pour the glass of white wine over the kid and the potatoes and put it in the oven.
  6. Leave the kid in the oven on full power for ten minutes to allow the alcohol to evaporate and then lower it to 180ºC. The kid has to be cooking for another 90 minutes.
  7. When half the cooking time has passed, turn it over so that it cooks on both sides. If when you remove the kid you see that the potatoes are already done, remove them and put them in a covered source so that they do not get cold.
  8. After ninety minutes, you are ready to go. With the juice from the tray you can bathe the potatoes to give them more flavor.
  9. You can now enjoy your meat. Take advantage!
