To make this dish you have to use basmati rice, the most common in the country of origin of this recipe and it will be the perfect combination for the dish.


Preparation of kebab with rice

  1. You will start by making the sauce, for which you are going to peel and chop one of the garlic cloves that you mix with a drizzle of olive oil, a little lemon juice (the juice of a single lemon, the tomato sauce will suffice , a tablespoon of mustard, a little paprika and pepper and a little vinegar Mix with the blender until you get a homogeneous sauce.

  7. Once ready, you just have to put it on the plate and you are ready to eat.
  8. If you want to eat it as a classic kebab, you can buy pita bread, put the meat and vegetables and then the rice, roll it up and eat it like that.
