  • 1 bottle of cream liquid.
  • 1 chilli

  2. In a frying pan we pour the cream and put it to heat, until it starts to boil. At that moment we add the cheese and the chilli. We leave a couple of minutes for the cheese to start to melt and stir, little by little a light cream will form, but a little thick.
  3. In case you see that you want it thicker, simply add more cheese to make it thicker. Once ready, get away from the fire.
  4. When the tortellini are ready, strain them, drain them to release the water, and pour them into the pan. We stir well and with the same heat of the cheese sauce they will adhere to the pasta.
  5. If you don’t want to do them like that, simply place them in a source and pour the cheese sauce on top.
