- 1/4 cup of extra virgin olive oil
- 5 teeth of Garlic
- 1 onion
- 1/4 cup parsley or basil
- 1 bay leaf (optional)
- 3/4 cup of White wine
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation of garlic mushrooms with white wine
