- 500 gr. from mushrooms
- 4 teeth of Garlic
- 200 gr. from Serrano ham
- 1 glass of white wine
- A bunch of parsley
- Flake salt
Preparation of garlic mushrooms with serrano ham
- The first thing you should do to start preparing these delicious garlic mushrooms with serrano ham is to wash the mushrooms well to remove any dirt residues. You can wash them with plenty of water or clean them with a damp cloth, as you prefer.
- Dry the mushrooms with absorbent paper to remove excess water and you can either cut them into medium squares or leave them whole, as you prefer.
- Next, peel, wash and crush the garlic cloves into a paste. Cut serrano ham into very small squares and reserve.
- Add a dash of olive oil to a frying pan and, when it is quite hot, add the garlic and sauté for 2 minutes over medium heat or until it begins to give off its aroma.
- Now add the serrano ham and the mushrooms and let them cook over medium heat for approximately 10 minutes.
- When you notice that the mushrooms are already done, add the glass of wine and cook for 2 more minutes over high heat to evaporate the liquor. Add a few sprigs of parsley and remove the preparation from the heat. Your garlic mushrooms with serrano ham are ready! Serve hot and enjoy!
