Ingredients

500 gr of mushrooms it’s from the season
250 gr of prawns
4 teeth of Garlic
1 chilli or chili
1 glass of White wine
2 tablespoons of parsley
Olive oil
Salt

Preparation of garlic mushrooms with prawns

To start preparing these delicious garlic mushrooms with prawns, the first thing you should do is wash the mushrooms with plenty of water and dry them with absorbent paper. If you wish, you can cut them into slices or leave them whole.
Wash the prawns with plenty of water and remove the skin and the head. Then peel and crush the garlic cloves in a mortar and cut the chilli into very small squares. Reserve everything.
Add a dash of olive oil to a frying pan and when it is quite hot add the crushed garlic cloves and the diced chilli.
When the garlic is golden brown and begins to smell, add the mushrooms to the pan and sauté over medium heat for 10 minutes.
Add the prawns to the pan and sauté together with the mushrooms and garlic for at least 10 minutes or until the mushrooms and prawns are slightly golden.
Add the white wine to the skillet and cook over high heat to allow the alcohol to evaporate. Then spread the two tablespoons of parsley over the mixture and turn off the heat.
Your garlic mushrooms with prawns are ready! Serve immediately and garnish each serving with a sprig of parsley.
