500 gr. from mushrooms seasonal
4 teeth of Garlic
1 chilli
1 glass of white wine
1 lemon
2 tablespoons of chopped parsley
Olive oil
Salt

Preparation of garlic mushrooms with lemon

The first thing you have to do to prepare some delicious mushrooms with garlic and lemon is to wash the mushrooms with plenty of water to remove the dirt. Then dry them with an absorbent paper and laminate them.
Next, peel, wash and crush the garlic cloves in a mortar. Wash the chilli, cut it into very small squares and also put it in the mortar.
Add a little oil to a pan and when it is hot, add the garlic and chilli with a little salt. Sauté over medium heat until the garlic is golden, three minutes will be enough.
When the garlic has browned and begins to give off its aroma, you should add the mushrooms. Let these cook for 15 minutes or until you notice that they are golden brown.
Now squeeze the lemon and add its juice and white wine to the pan. Cook over high heat for two minutes to allow the alcohol to evaporate.
After time, add the 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley and remove the preparation from the heat. You can now enjoy your garlic mushrooms with lemon. Serve them hot and watch yourself suck your fingers!
