500 gr. from mushrooms seasonal
200 gr. from bacon
4 teeth of Garlic
1 glass of white wine
2 tablespoons of parsley
Olive oil
Salt

Preparation of garlic mushrooms with bacon

The first thing you have to do to prepare these garlic mushrooms with bacon is to wash the mushrooms well with plenty of water, then dry them with absorbent paper and, if you wish, you can cut them into sheets, otherwise you can leave them whole.
Now peel, wash and crush the garlic cloves in a mortar. Then cut the bacon into very small squares and reserve everything.
Add a good jet of olive oil to a pan and when it is hot add the crushed garlic. Sauté it over medium heat until it is golden brown or you notice that it begins to give off its aroma, it will only take three minutes.
When the garlic is golden brown, add the bacon into pieces and fry for 5 more minutes until it has reached the perfect crisp point.
