Ingredients

  • 8 eggs
  • 200 gr. smoked salmon
  • 6 surimi sticks
  • 25 gr. from onion
  • 1 can of salmon pate
  • 1 tablespoon cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise

Preparation of stuffed salmon eggs

  1. Put a saucepan on the fire with plenty of water and let the eggs cook for about 10 minutes so that they get hard.
  2. Meanwhile, in the blender glass you are going to crush the onion, then add the salmon and surimi, grinding everything together again.
  3. Add the cream cheese and mayonnaise and mash everything again, obtaining a doughy mixture as a result.
  4. Add the salmon pate, the amount you want because the more salmon you add the more it will taste like that, and mix again until you get a homogeneous sauce that is a bit smooth.
  5. When the eggs are ready, you peel them carefully and cut them in half vertically with a knife. Using a spoon, you carefully remove the yolk and fill the hole with the sauce you have prepared, obtaining a unique and tasty dish.
