  1. To start preparing this recipe for hake in tomato sauce with mussels, start by seasoning the fish fillets on both sides with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Reservation.

  7. After time, rectify the salt, remove the pan from the heat and let it rest for 10 minutes. Serve your hake in hot tomato sauce with mussels. You will see how delicious you have been!
