- 4 steaks or slices of hake
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 500 gr. from tomato triturado (tomato puree)
- two onions
- 2 bay leaves
- 4 teeth of Garlic
- 1 carrot
- 1/2 cup of white wine
- 4 tablespoons of chopped parsley
- 1 spoon of sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation of hake in thermomix tomato sauce
- Before starting, peel the garlic, onions and carrots. You can leave the garlic whole, but cut the rest of the vegetables into pieces. Wash the parsley and cut it small. Reservation.
- Place the fish in the varoma container (in the basket) with the skin facing up. Cover and reserve.
- Place the onions, carrot, garlic and tomato in the glass. Program your thermomix for 5 seconds at speed 5. When finished, lower the remains of the walls with a spatula.
