- 4 hake fillets
- 1/2 kg. from prawns peeled
- 800 gr. sauce tomato
- two onions
- 2 bay leaves
- 4 teeth of Garlic
- 100 ml. white wine
- 4 tablespoons of chopped parsley
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon of cumin
- Olive oil
- Ground black pepper
Preparation of hake in tomato sauce and prawns
- To prepare this rich hake in tomato sauce, the first thing you have to do is peel the garlic and onions. Cut everything as small as you can, then wash the parsley and slice it too. Reservation.
- Place the hake slices in a bowl and season with salt to taste. Reservation.
