Ingredients

3 eggs
2 glasses of milk
½ glass of sugar
50 gr. cream cheese
Caramel (recipe above)

Egg and cheese flan recipe

Fill the different molds that you are going to use with the caramel, which can be bought or made by yourself, as you prefer.
In the blender glass, first add the eggs with the sugar, to beat both ingredients until a whitish mixture is obtained.
Now add the milk together with the cream cheese and beat until it forms a completely homogeneous mass that you will distribute among the different containers.
Now you can do several things: let the dough set in the fridge directly, bake it a little in a double boiler or make it in a double boiler in a pot, as you choose and you like the way it is better.
