Nothing better than some delicious stuffed eggs with prawns as a starter for a lunch or dinner because its preparation is very simple.

Ingredients

8 eggs
300 gr. from prawns cooked
2 sticks of surimi
300 ml. pink sauce
250 gr. lettuce
Olive oil
Black pepper
Salt

Preparation of stuffed eggs with prawns

Put the eggs to cook with enough water so that they are hard, with which you cook them for 10 minutes.
The prawns are peeled, cleaned well and cut into small cubes.
Put the pink sauce in a bowl, chop the surimi sticks and mix with the sauce.
When the eggs are well cooked, peel them and cut them in half, and with the help of a spoon you will remove the yolk from inside, being very careful not to break the white.
Clean the lettuce a little and shred it into very small pieces. In each egg put a little of the lettuce in the egg, fill with the pink sauce mixed with the surimi and place one or two prawns.
Keep in the fridge until the moment you are going to serve this dish, because these eggs are very tasty whether they are served cold or hot.
