Preparation of spinach with thermomix cream

  1. To begin with, we are going to preheat the oven to 200ºC so that it reaches the necessary temperature while we cook.
  2. Next, peel the two garlic cloves and place them in the thermomix glass. Program 5 seconds, at speed 7 and, as soon as it is there, lower the remains of garlic that have remained on the walls and on the lid to the bottom of the glass.
  3. Now pour the oil into the glass and program 5 minutes, at varoma temperature and speed 2. Add the spinach and a little salt to taste and program 5 minutes, varoma temperature, turn to the left and spoon speed.
  4. Put the flour in the thermomix and sauté 1 minute, at 100º and speed 2. Next, pour the milk, with the butter, the nutmeg and the ground black pepper and return to program 7 minutes, at 100º and speed 2.
  5. Put the cream you just made in a suitable baking dish and, lastly, sprinkle the grated cheese. Bake the cream for 10 minutes until golden brown.
