- 250 gr. from chocolate black.
- 150 ml. from cream liquid.
- 25 gr. of butter.
- 4 tablespoons of rum.
- Noodles chocolate.
- 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder.
Recipe for chocolate truffles with liqueur:
- The first thing is to heat 25 gr in a saucepan. of butter. When we see that it begins to melt we will add 250 gr. of dark chocolate in small pieces. As soon as the chocolate is a little softened, we will stir it all to mix it well and one ingredient cannot be distinguished from another.
- With everything mixed, we pour the 150 ml. of liquid cream and we stir everything well again to obtain a homogeneous cream.
- Once the cream is obtained, we will add 4 tablespoons of rum, but it may be the liquor you prefer. Again we mix everything well so that the cream takes on the flavor of the rum.
- Now we have to let it cool down, so we can leave it for a few hours at room temperature or advance the process with about 3 or 4 hours by letting it cool in the fridge.
- Before taking it out of the fridge, check that the cream is not too runny so that we can mold it to taste. We will use teaspoons to take small amounts of the cream and with our hands we will shape it into balls and place them on a plate.
- And we come to the final step: sprinkle the cocoa powder (equivalent to two tablespoons) and the cocoa noodles on top of the truffles.
- You can also add icing sugar if you want to give it an even sweeter touch, but that’s to your liking.
