Are chocolate truffles with coffee They don’t have a lot of coffee, so you can serve this dessert at dinner, or you can swap the coffee for decaf.

Ingredients

125 gr. from chocolate black.
100 gr. from chocolate Milky.
100 ml. nothing liquid.
50 gr. of butter.
1 tablespoon of instant coffee.
2 tablespoons of cocoa powder.
2 tablespoons of icing sugar.

Chocolate truffles with coffee recipe:

In a saucepan we will melt the two types of chocolate in the first saucepan and mix it well. When they have melted and mixed well, we remove it from the heat.
Instead we are going to start heating the 50 gr. of butter. While the butter is softening, in the saucepan of the chocolates we will add the 100 ml. of liquid cream and mix everything well to get a chocolate cream.
We return to the butter. If it is already melting, we add 1 tablespoon of instant coffee and stir it well to get another cream. Once obtained we put it in the bowl where we have the cream of the chocolates. While we are pouring it, we will stir everything to achieve a paste, so we make sure to mix everything well.
Now we have to let it cool down for a few hours at room temperature. You can speed up the process by putting it in the fridge, but it is better to let it cool naturally.
When it is very cold, we can take pieces of the dough with a spoon and we will begin to shape it into a ball with our hands and we will place it on a plate.
Now all you have to do is sprinkle the equivalent of 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder and 2 teaspoons of icing sugar and ready to eat.
