150 gr. dark chocolate
100 ml. liquid cream
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 yolk egg
100 gr. icing sugar
A Orange
4 tablespoons orange liqueur
a pinch of salt
50 gr. cocoa powder to decorate

Preparation of the chocolate and orange truffles

Before starting, wash the orange very well and grate its rind trying to keep the white part on the outside since it is very bitter and should not be used. Reservation.
Now place the cream with the salt in a medium saucepan and bring it to the fire. When hot, add the chocolate and butter until melted. Stir well.
Remove the mixture from the heat and when it has cooled a bit add the yolk and icing sugar while stirring. Finally add the orange zest and the liqueur. You should have a homogeneous cream.
Pour this mixture into a bowl and leave it in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
When it is cold, take it out and take small amounts with a spoon and with the help of your hands form balls. As soon as they are done, sprinkle them with the cocoa powder.
