The chocolate mousse with nougatIt is a delicious recipe, and not only reserved for Christmas.

Ingredients

  • Dark chocolate.
  • Cream.
  • Milk.
  • Soft nougat tablet.
  • Two envelopes of curd preparation.

Chocolate and nougat mousse recipe

  1. First of all we have to heat ¼l of milk in a saucepan.
  2. When it starts to boil a little, add an envelope of curd and start stirring.
  3. Put on a low heat and stir occasionally until the curd has been diluted in the milk.
  4. Once it is ready, distribute in the containers where we are going to put the mouse. Each glass must be filled in half. Put them in the fridge while we prepare the chocolate.
  5. Now it’s the mouse’s turn. Heat another ¼l of milk with another envelope of curd, add the chocolate in pieces (about 150 gr.) And the nougat in pieces. Mix everything well by stirring it.
  6. When it has set, pour it into the other half of the containers and leave it to cool in the fridge for four or five hours and it will be ready for consumption.
  7. To give it more flavor, we can add pieces of fruit before serving.
