  • 1 cup of evaporated milk
  • 3 tablespoons of brown sugar
  • 200 gr. from chocolate fondant
  • 2 tablespoons rum
  • 1 banana
  • 250 gr. strawberries
  • 200 gr. melon
  • Essence of vanilla

Preparation of chocolate fondue with fruit

  1. Put the evaporated milk in a bowl that is suitable for the microwave, along with the brown sugar (the amount is approximate, you can add as much as you like) and the chocolate fondant. If you can’t find fondant chocolate, then you can add dark chocolate table chips.
  2. Put the microwave on high for 7 minutes.
  3. When the contents boil, reduce the power of your microwave to half and program it for another 3 minutes.
  4. Once ready, add a few drops of vanilla essence and the rum, which if you don’t have it, you can substitute the brandy.
  5. Program for 4 minutes, so that it is thick, but this time put the bowl without a lid.
  6. Cut the stems of the strawberries, the banana into slices, and the melon cut into squares that are not too small.
  7. Using skewers, dip in the chocolate to enjoy your chocolate and fruit fondue.
